Daniel Newell’s FY2011-12 Job Development Report for the San Jose State University Career Center

Daniel Newell, from the San Jose State University Career Center, and one of the best job developers in the Bay Area, recently released a Job Development report analyzes recruitment efforts of part-time, seasonal, internship, temporary, and full-time employment as it pertains to the Silicon Valley job market for current college students and recent graduates.  He is asking to share widely and is open for questions.

Daniel “Job developers, please take note of my job development model I included. This model can be duplicated outside a university setting. I utilized this same model when placing individuals with disabilities from a non-profit agency and experienced great success. The model is the same, but the players/partners will vary depending on your resources and population. Every job development needs a strong foundation/infrastructure.; this method has worked well for me.”
